Why Knowing Your Payment Date Matters

With inflation and utility costs still stretching household budgets, knowing exactly when your SSDI check arrives helps you plan for essentials like rent, food, and medical expenses.

More help for your family:

Marking these dates on your calendar or checking your My Social Security account can help avoid missed payments and financial stress.

Bottom Line

SSDI benefits in October 2025 will be paid on October 3, 8, 15, and 22, depending on when you started receiving benefits and your birth date.

Staying on top of the schedule makes it easier to budget and manage expenses each month.
